Schedule 2026-27

Mon/Wed 9am-2:30pm

  • 9am-12pm academics:  Reading, Writing, Math, History, Science
  • Weekly Spanish lessons for all levels
  • 12:30-2:30, 6-8 week Rotations:  Art, Culinary, Dance/Movement, Music, Theatre
  • Pre-K Inspired Minds Academy
  • K-5th Concordia Arts Academy
  • 12pm-12:30 lunch (outdoors weather permitting)

Tuition and Fees

Registration/Tuition/Fees

Upon receiving your registration form, we will call you to set up your payment during our office hours: Mon-Thurs, 4pm-7pm.

  • $150 registration and application fee first student, $100 sibling, $75 for additional siblings
  • $200 registration/application fee for late enrollments (after June 9th)
  • One Day ask about 1 day availability
  • Two Days $3589 yearly K-5th
  • 2% discount for siblings (tuition only)
  • Yearly Payments: 50% due June 9th, remainder due August 3rd, 2026. Must pay by check or Venmo for yearly payments.
  • Quarterly Payments: auto-pay with a 3% CC service charge:  June 9th, September 9th, December 9th, March 9th
  • Commitment:  Tutorial is a 10-month commitment August – May. There are no refunds on tuition, registration or supply fees. If you need to be released from your homeschool contract for extenuating circumstances you will be charged a $525 early-release fee. Please read our policies.
  • Fall Semester one-time supply fee $82 each child or $164 for both days charges on July 10th
  • Spring Semester one-time supply fee $82 each child or $164 for both days charges on December 10th
  • Late fees:  $30 late fee if 10 days late, $90 late fee if 30 days late, $125 late fee if 60+ days late
  • Late pick-up charge: $15 for first 15 minutes, $25 for 30 minutes
  • ALL fees are NON-REFUNDABLE
